2026 TruFlame PREMIUM PRODUCT 26inch Black Wall Mounted Electric Fire with 3 colour Flames and can be inserted (Pebbles, Logs and Crystals)!

Bought two of these to replace an old gas fire and placed them inside the chimney back to back so i have one in both the living room and back room. Always wary of buying something like this online but i have zero regrets. Arrived a day early and came well packaged. Both look amazing and give out a nice amount of heat. Easy to change the log which is already placed inside to either the white pebbles or the glass beads, just undo a couple of screws which are hidden near the heat outlet so you'll need a tiny screwdriver for that then the front lifts off. There's a choice of three colour flames, orange, blue or both together and the they can be on without having the heat on too. The remote is easy to use and it's also touch screen which again is easy to work out. There are two temperatures for the heat and the size of the flames can also be altered.

The seller has been fantastic helping our issues out can’t fault them. However the product both original and replacement have failed on us. The LED system is simple but nice unfortunately the heater keeps cutting out after various time frames of use and is not very powerful. I personally believe that even when fully operational this heater should not be priced this highly. Pros- looks nice cons - feels cheaper than priced and heater prone to cutting out.

Had a new solid roof installed in the Conservatory so bought this to provide a bit of heat when needed but more for the flame effect. Very easy to install and the fire just looks absolutely fantastic when its on. No noise at all on flame effect and very, very minimal fan noise when in heating mode. It certainly blasts the heat out and does it very quickly indeed! The size is just right for what we needed (we were after a smaller fire and there was not much choice for a 26 inch version) and what more can I say, its just absolutely perfect and I'm really glad we went for the premium product rather than the slightly cheaper other fires that TruFlame make.

I purchased 2 of these fires last year in August one for myself, one for my brothers birthday. They are super fires 🔥 and what's good about them is the fact the heat blows from the front of the fire not upwards. So much more efficient. About 2 weeks ago one of the fires did stop working. I approached the seller who responded very quickly and offered to repair the fire. The fire came back after being repaired but unfortunately wasn't working correctly. I contacted the seller who responded immediately and assured me a brand new fire would be sent out that very day. It arrived the next day the customer service was faultless. So even though the 1 fire developed a fault after 8 months the issue was swiftly dealt with. If only all small businesses were this professional in dealing with their customers. Our modern home lacked a focal point in the living room apart from the TV so we wanted to add a practical fire place within a feature wall. This fireplace has the benefit of being electric, easy to fit, and can be inset within the feature wall as the heat is blown out the front rather than out the top like a lot of these wall mounted fires. The fireplace can be operated by touch control on the front, or via remote control. The flame effect can be used independent of the heater so you can have some ambient light without the heat - the colour of the effect can be controlled as can the brightness. The heater has three power settings, off, 750w and 1,500watts. In operation the noise from the heater fan is quiet enough that it is hidden by the sound from the TV or music at normal volumes. The fireplace was easy to fit. Delivery was prompt. We are very pleased with the fireplace and people who have seen it have been impressed.

Bought this back in 2023 but it wasn’t fitted until spring of 2024 as I was waiting on builders to come and remove a fire surround and block up the old fireplace aperture to fit the dimensions needed for the insert for this. Only used it over the Winter of 2024/5 and that was just for the flame effect. When winter 2025/6 appeared on the horizon I used it ONCE for heating. Less than an hour. The next time I went to put the flame effect on the whole fire was dead. Out of guarantee of course by then. My electrician said there was no point in buying the new parts suggested by the manufacturer as the it was so badly designed it would likely fail again. No heat protection to some of the wiring apparently. Not suitable for inset he said. Now I’ve got to spend more money on another and it will be difficult to find one that fits the aperture.

I bought this fire because my other one broke. I like the white pebbles, although there's a choice of logs and crystals too. I've used it so far for visual purposes only, but it's good to know its there if something happens to my central heating and I like that the heat comes from the front of the fire rather than the top, like my previous one. There's a choice of three flames, which look realistic, and the fire is silent when just using this mode. The remote is handy and easy to use.

Bought this to replace an old and unserviceable gas fire. Wanted a bigger unit but was restricted by the size of the cavity it’s fitted into. It runs off a standard 13A socket, so doesn’t need an electrician to install it. With both front touch and remote controls, it has a choice of three “fillings”: log, crystals or chalk pebbles. There’s two heat settings with the highest being 1350W - the fan runs faster at the higher setting but you can’t hear it over the TV. It even has a timer that can turn it off after a choice of 0.5 to 7.5 hours. It’s not very heavy and was easy to fit - doesn’t even cost much.
