Spacious & Comfortable The interior is genuinely roomy—10x9 feet with a tall 78” center height. I could stand comfortably to change clothes, and we easily fit two air mattresses. With the kids, this definitely slept 6 comfortably. Great SUV Compatibility The adjustable vehicle sleeve is awesome. It attached securely to the back of our SUV and didn’t feel flimsy or loose. It basically added an “extra room” to our car, making it perfect for storage or additional sleeping space. Loved how seamless the connection was. Dual-Use Flexibility One of my favorite features is that it works both ways—connected to the SUV or as a standalone tent. This came in handy when we wanted to set it up away from the parking area. Really versatile for camping, festivals, and road trips. Ventilation & Views The mesh windows and mesh top are excellent. Lots of airflow during the day, and at night we removed the rainfly and had a perfect view of the stars. Zero condensation issues too. The large doors and windows make the tent feel open and airy. Easy Setup & Solid Quality Setup was straightforward, even with one person helping. The materials feel durable, and the rainfly did its job during a light rain shower. I recently purchased the UNP SUV Tent (6-Person, Dark Blue), and I’m genuinely impressed with its design, functionality, and overall quality. While the instructions recommend two adults for setup — which I agree is ideal — I was able to erect the entire tent by myself without much trouble. That’s a big win in my book. Once assembled, the tent stands freely without needing to stake down the corners, which makes positioning and adjustment very easy. That said, if there’s any wind, staking is a must to prevent tipping. The structure is solid, but it's still a tent. Inside, the space is generous. It could definitely sleep six adults in individual sleeping bags comfortably, but for two or even four campers, it feels downright luxurious. I’m 6 feet tall and can stand up inside without any issue. There's a convenient hook at the top for hanging a lantern, and the side pockets are a thoughtful touch — one set forward and one set toward the rear on either side. Each pouch is split into two compartments, giving you four little storage cubbies for phones, flashlights, or other small gear. Attaching the tent to the rear of the SUV was straightforward. The boot opening is wide and adaptable, easily fitting different SUV sizes. Ventilation is excellent thanks to the mesh ceiling and side windows, and the included rainfly fits snugly and offers solid coverage without sagging or flapping. All in all, this tent is a solid investment for dry camping trips. It’s roomy, practical, and designed with smart features. The fact that I could set it up solo adds even more value. I waited a year to review this after using it a couple of times. This is easy to set up; you can do it by yourself, but it's easier with 2 people. This past weekend, it poured rain, and this tent stayed dry! Make sure you put on the rain fly before you set it all the way up, or it's a pain to reach (still didn't get it quite right this time as in the pic, but next time i'll get it on right). I have not quite figured out how to attach it to my rims, but I haven't tried, it works fine just pulled up over the back of my Chevy Equinox. It's also easy to pull away from it if you need to use your vehicle, and easy to put back on. We had a full-size mattress on one side and a cot on the other and there was plenty of room in between and room enough for our bags, clothes, etc.

I bought this tent back in the early spring for a camping trip in July. As a 65+ woman who does a lot of solo camping, I was a little bit concerned about how easy it would be to set up. Hubby & I did a couple of dry runs in the backyard before I left on my trip. While there was a small challenge bending the main support pole to get it to slide into the pocket, I was eventually able to do it all by myself. The tent itself was very nice for how I wanted to use it. Because I was planning to left my campsite frequently, I opted not to hook it up to my Santa Fe's tailgate. This made it easier to come & go, but also created a bit of a mess the couple of days we had a lot of rain. Live & learn . . . I just needed to be sure to shake it out after it rained. Yes the nylon and net windows are pretty thin. I had a raccoon try to get inside one night. It jumped up onto the sidewall of the tent, collapsing it on one side and punching several holes in the window netting. Initially I thought they were cigarette burns but later realized it for what it was . . . a critter trying to get in. Taking the tent down and packing it away was much easier than setting it up. All in all, I thoroughly enjoyed this tent and will use it again on future camping trips when I'm planning to stay put for at least 3-5 nights. P.S. I should note that I car camp, sleeping in my SUV and not in this tent. That said, there is plenty of space for a couple of cots/sleeping bags if that is your preferred way to camp/sleep.

This SUV tent was an awesome purchase and worked perfectly for our camping trip. It attached easily and securely to the back of my Chevy Traverse and lined up great with the tailgate. The tent is roomy and gave us plenty of space for extra gear storage and a private changing area, which was a huge bonus and made the whole setup feel so much more comfortable. It really helped keep the car organized and gave us extra living space without feeling cramped. It was easy to set up, easy to attach to the vehicle, and the quality feels really solid. The material and zippers feel durable and it held up great. Overall, I am super happy with this tent and would definitely recommend it if you want extra space and a clean setup for car camping.

Incredible bang for your buck! Easy set up. I did not even do a dry run. At the end of a days drive w 3 dogs, with the sun setting and rain starting I got this set up in 15 min without the help of a second person. Easy to take down and pack up. I had this set up to a van whose door swing open and not an SUV hatch. I secured the top to the van with magnets and this seemedSeems sturdy enough to keep it in place and keep the rain out. I highly recommend.

Tent portion is easy to assemble. I couldn’t figure out how to attach it to my SUV though… the directions are extremely vague on what strap is what and what goes where. Ended up just not attaching it to my SUv at all which defeated the purpose of why I bought it.

My husband and I love this tent. We SUV camp with our 2015 Honda Pilot and this tent works BEAUTIFULLY! We have camped with beautiful weather and where a storm came out of nowhere and had zero leaks to contend with. Set up is so easy! I am 57 and have zero issues setting up this tent. It takes me about twenty minutes. I will say my 67 year old husband does the attachment to the car, but that is because we camp with our cats. We need to make it extra escape proof. One thing I did notice if extra precautions aren’t taken, there are gaps underneath the car. He has resolved this with the placement of a bin used to carry camping things. Not a big deal. We have also used this tent not attached to the SUV (using an 13 inch air full size air mattress) and it has worked well. A bit tight for me, but it did work. The inside of the tent is huge. You can get an idea from my pics. As weather cools, we are looking to get inflatable furniture to hang out inside the tent for those colder nights and the tent will be able to handle it with no issues! I will say if I had one criticism of the tent, it would be that the zippers are irritating. I can see why people complain about them. I have had several instances where I thought they might tear the tent or they get stuck, etc. The problem wasn’t bad enough to knock it down in my rating though. One last point, we actually had to order this tent twice because the first one we ordered came damaged. Thank god we checked it when it came versus later at the campground because we would not have had a tent.

Ein sehr gut durchdachter Artikel. Wir haben ihn probiert und sind total begeistert. Leichter Aufbau, notfalls mit einer Person zu bewältigen. Das Zelt bietet sehr viel Raum, man kann aufrecht im Zelt stehen. Der Anschluss zum Auto lässt sich ohne Probleme montieren und auch lösen. So bleibt das Zelt zurück und es können mit dem Auto Unternehmungen durchgeführt werden. Sehr zu empfehlen für Menschen, die nur kurz mal campen wollen. Natürlich kann auch in diesem Zelt 14 Tage oder länger gecampt werden. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Nous avons fait un roadtrip de 15 jours entre le Tarn, Cantal, Aveyron,.... Le montage et démontage est très simple. La tente a résisté sans soucis à un gros orage avec des rafales à 80 km/h (juste penser à baisser le hayon pour la prise au vent pendant l'orage). La tente est totalement étanche même avec l'orage. Je recommande vraiment. PS : modèle de voiture : Tucson

Riktigt bra! Supernöjd med allt trots det billiga priset! Lätt att sätta ihop, går bra ensam om det inte blåser för mycket! Passade utmärkt till en Tesla Y Juniper. En grej jag saknar är att kunna ha utgång åt ena sidan också. Nu är det rakt bakåt endast, vilket iof passade perfekt på platsen vi hade.

La sto utilizzando in campeggio per la prima volta. Montaggio semplice, molto spaziosa e accessoriata. Sembra robusta, regge il vento, non provata con la pioggia. Non l'ho attaccata al van ma utilizzata da sola. Di notte rimane fresca perché non è completamente chiusa sopra. Nel complesso sono soddisfatts

Tent went up easily attached to the car realy well. Lots of room, the tent pegs you get with it are ok but I used heavy duty ones. I spayed it with waterproofing (I always do) but didn't get any rain so can't say how it would of coped we did get wind and was ok. I could put this up on my own, but I'd say getting the rain cover over the top would be difficult in the wind over all realy good tent
