My favorite ramen. Spicy variant has just the right level of heat for me. I end up reordering this over and over again. I typically will add some chicken and kimchi to this.

I finally was able to order just recieved #seokjinbts ramen from amazon and it was so good. In my opinion, the taste was great. Usually I always add something to my ramen. Gochujang, sweet and sour sauce, Sriracha, Sweet Sriracha, soy sauce, egg, some kind of meat, some kind of vegetables, or drain the soup/juice (from the boiled water-eating it dry) or all the above. I kept the water in and added the packets that came with the ramen and it was really good. The texture was perfect, letting it me without adding anything else. I was so into eating the ramen, i was quiet, 😆, it was that good. i ordered the spicy kind and will order the mild next time. New favorite ramen. Best spicy ramen. Great flavor and not super hot, just spicy. Noodles have a great texture.

This was unexpectedly good ramen, with just enough of a spicy kick to wake up your tongue without overwhelming the rest of the bowl. The noodles were the real surprise. Even before cooking them, I was impressed. The noodles looked more substantial than a typical instant ramen block, and that carried through once cooked. They were silky but still pleasantly chewy, with a substantial, springy texture that felt noticeably better than what I expect from instant ramen. They also held that texture well instead of quickly turning soft or mushy. The spice level is also really well judged. There’s enough heat to make itself known and linger a little, but the spice isn’t the entire point. You can still taste the savory seasoning underneath it, which makes this something I’d actually want to eat again rather than something you try once just to see how much heat you can handle. It’s good on its own, but the noodles and seasoning would also make a great base for adding an egg, vegetables, green onion or whatever else you like in ramen. Decent value for the cost. I went into this expecting perfectly decent instant noodles and came away genuinely impressed. Between the noodle texture and the balance of flavor and heat, this tastes like a noticeable step up from basic instant ramen.
