An inexpensive and effective way to prevent tooth decay. . .
I went through a period in which I was getting one cavity after another, despite the fact that I do not eat sweets very much. After sitting in the dentist's chair one too many times I resolved to step up my efforts to prevent more cavities. Front and center was ACT Anticavity oral rinse. I liked that it had no alcohol and that I only had to use it once a day. For the past year and a half I have used the rinse nightly after brushing. The formula is a mild mint that doesn't make me want to spit it out the instant I begin to swish. Best of all are the reports I have received from my dentist during this entire period: no cavities!
