Would this work with a Boss RC-5?

It didn’t work with Boss RC-3. I could use one button as tap tempo, but couldn’t change a patch, because second button didn’t work. I don’t think that footswitch had a defect it is just wired differently. So I had to return it.

Does it work with Positive Grid Spark amp?

If the spark amp works with a switch that you just touch and release, but does not require a full time stay on switch. Then I would say yes.. But I am not familiar with the spark amps per say.

Is it compatible with zoom ms60B??

I don't believe it is. This is a pedal for switching channels on your amplifier. Usually between your clean and dirty channel. It has no sound processing properties. The zoom pedal you're referencing has its own pedal switch so this is unnecessary and incompatible

Why am I Having issues with right switch at times not engaging. I press it and nothing happens at times.

2 things that may help: 1) are you using the cable that came with the pedal? Standard 1/4” cables did not work with both buttons in my experience. I had to use the one that came with it, not sure what the difference is. 2) With my switch, I have to press both buttons at the same time once (each time I turn on my board) to make them both operational. Again, not sure why. Hope this helps.
