I primarily use this for narrow rows. It does great allowing for a better squeeze in my back than a typical triangle grip. This allows for a mutch better range of motion for rows. Would definitely get again

Very well madecin both material used and design. This thing is so versatile. Can use on multiple exercises. Best part is it allows for crazy ROM and peak contractions compared to flat bars and most ropes. Well worth the money.

Came well packaged and in new condition. The previous one I received had been used. One of the handles rubber coating is slightly rubbed off on it. Definitely a used product. Will be sending it back. Thank you
