Nutritious and delicious
I've been using Anthony's Tiger Nut Flour for more than a few years now as I am gluten free. It pairs well with Cassava if you're on the AIP-Paleo diet. It does have lumps which you need to mash out. I believe that's normal and it hasn't bothered any of my recipes. I like that it's a legume and more nutritious than a lot of alternative flours.

Great tasting gf flour
Wonderful flour. I made pancakes and waffles and they were so good. Sweet flavor without adding sweetener. Also added some of this to a gf cookie batter and it was yummy.

Really nice flavor and texture!
