these are wonderful. I ordered 4 last year and when I saw them on sale I ordered 2 more for next year. They are wonderful. I had plenty of room for almost everything. I wanted to add more flowers next year so that's why I ordered 2 more. Easy to weed and keep looking good - not back breaking - I actually put fences up in the middle of each one so I could plant vines - there was plenty of room on both sides of the fence.

I have been looking at raised garden beds for a while. I finally bit the bullet and purchased two of these that I combined into a larger bed. Easy to put together, 64 year old woman and while time consuming it was straight forward. I just had a cast taken on my wrist, so that slowed me down. For the most part I would say it is a sturdy bed. that will last. Now for the frosts to stop hitting us and I can get it planted! ***Two stars were taken away due to the fact that there are quite a few scratches in the green outer walls that go through the green paint. At first I thought I had screeched them somehow, even though I was taking care of keeping the pieces separated. I kept taking the protective plastic off and the scratches were under the covering! So somehow they were scratched at the factory. I am going to research how to treat these to prevent rusting. ***Hint for removing the plastic covering on the pieces. First day it was cold out and getting if off was a pain, thankfully it was cold enough that I decided to do it the next day when my second planter came. It was sunny out and I laid the pieces out. The sun warmed the plastic and it was very easy to get off. All in all, I am mostly happy with the product. Provided these pieces don't start rusting, and there are quiet a few scratches.

This raised bed looks great, is very sturdy and was fairly easy to put together with 2 people. My plants are thriving!!

We received our purchase in the middle of a sickness, but it was well boxed and compact, and we pushed it in a small space to work on it when feeling better. Box is small (only about 20 x 20 x 10 or so and a little over 30 pounds). We have never had a garden before that the deer did not get to before us. This will allow us to grow veggies close and in a way the deer and other animals cannot get to before we do. I am more than pleased with the quality of the product. This is not a cheep construction that is going to fall apart in a couple of weeks. It is versatile enough to reuse differently. It has a rubber cap that covers the top to eliminate any sharp edge. It ended up being easier to assemble than I thought. There were no sharp shards to present handling problems! I am physically challenged, and my wife and I assembled it (for the most part) in the house. We put sections together, took them out on the deck, viewed possible configurations (there are many options because of the design), and eventually decided which we wanted. We installed it on the deck to grow veggies so herbs so the animals cannot get to them (we still may revert to a different configuration as it is easy to convert). I made a mistake by not reading the instructions, but it was easily corrected. I put a washer on the screw and the nut but should have only put the washer on the nut side. We found out we could view different configurations by securing the sections in place with just the top screw until we decided which to use. We found it was easier to put the panels together in the house and carry them out rather than do this outside. Even though there were tools that came with the Vego Garden, I used a power screwdriver, which made fast work of putting it together and take it apart. RRR
