Mixes very well and really aids recover and workouts.I think next time i will go for the plain version as i find the strawberry one very sweet and a kind of artificial taste.Don't get me wrong its not an awful taste, I'm sure some will love it.I think next time i will go for the no flavour one.Overall its great value for money and works well.

Great product. I've been using this daily for a little over a year after discovering the benefits of Creatine in per menopausal women. Daily i do do take more that the suggested amount as I've read about the benefits of overloading on creatine. I feel this going ves me a boost in the morning to start my days in a positive direction. I do also find of you mix with collagen the flavour takes on a creamy take and also helps the creatine dissolve more so it's less gritty.When I say gritty Ildont find it off-putting at all just reminds me of a bits you sometimes get at the bottom of a nesquik milkshake. No bad side effects.

Its ok. Its my first time trying creatine and i had no idea how it would taste. I like strawberry flavoured food so i decided to try it and its soooo sweet and tastes like medicine, im struggling to have it everyday. Its not for more i have no choice but to get through it but i will definetly buy unflavoured creatine next time.

I have purchased Warrior Creatine Monohydrate Powder for quite while now. I heavily rely on it for my gym workouts and physical job day to day. I really do notice it when I have forgotten to take it or have ran out. With it I feel strong and gets me through my tough workouts. I feel more energised to get through my working day also. It is so easy to mix. I put a scoop into a pint of water,give it a quick stir and enjoy it. The taste of it is light and refreshing and I never get sick of it. It doesn't give me any side affects whatsoever, just positive results. There is no need to load it up,just start taking it. I take it everyday and it lasts me a while. It's is really good value for money,that is one of many reasons why I keep going back to it. My wife has recently started taking it too as she has seen the benefits it has with me and it seems to be helping her with her workouts and recovery. This was my first experience with creatine. Im an older gym goer and martial artist and usually take protein recovery shakes after training with no adverse effects. A few days after started taking this I began to have abdominal pain. I got savage strawberry flavour and the smell and taste was not pleasant to me and was almost overpowering. I managed to use half a tub before giving up as the stomach pain kept coming back, and I began to get concerned of any detrimental effects on digestive system, stomach or general health. I cannot recommend this product.
