Nothing can beat this, for me, for a mug of proper cocoa, made with just the amount of sugar to my taste. This disappeared out of the shops for quite a while due to some cocoa bean crisis or other, and I was reduced to drinking so- called 'hot chocolate' mixes which seemed to consist chiefly of SUGAR. Travesty.

Very nice dark chocolate hot drink powder. Tastes even more richer with baileys squirty cream . Helps you give that final touch to an evening in with a loved one .

Perfect for baking or add sugar for drinking

I have always used this brand of cocoa powder as it is excellent for baking/drinking with a finely produced powder and very chocoalatey flavour! So when it is on offer at a very fair price, I like to buy 2 tubs. Delivery very quick thank you!

This is delicious (sugar free) dark chocolate. With other brands I tried previously I had to add milk just for that creamy, comforting, taste - but this one doesn't even need milk! Which is great as the fantastic nutrients in dark chocolate are said to be much more accessible to the body without milk clogging things up. This is decent quality at an affordable price. Tried a non-supermarket brand costing nearly double the price of this and it tasted bland. However, I just found out that this product is Dutch Processed. This means that although it tastes less bitter than unprocessed cocoa, about 60% of natural anti-oxidant qualities may be diminished by this type of processing! Hmm... I guess my search for quality drinking 100% chocolate continues...

Good tasting cocoa powder. Use when baking brownies

I've bought this cocoa powder four times now, so it's fair to say it's become a cupboard staple. I've tried other brands over the years, but I always seem to come back to this one because the flavour is consistently rich and it works well in pretty much everything I bake. The chocolate taste is deep without being bitter, making it ideal for brownies, cakes and cookies. One tip I've found is to mix the cocoa with warm butter or warm milk before adding it to the rest of the ingredients. It helps the cocoa blend more smoothly and seems to bring out an even richer chocolate flavour in the finished bake. It's also great for making a homemade hot chocolate. I usually stir it into a splash of cold milk first to make a smooth paste before adding the rest of the hot milk, which stops any lumps forming. The packaging is practical too. It comes in a sturdy cardboard tub with a resealable plastic lid, and I've never had any problems keeping it fresh as long as it's stored somewhere cool and dry. I've reordered this several times because I know exactly what I'm getting each time. If you're after a reliable cocoa powder for baking or making hot chocolate, this is definitely one I'd recommend.

Due to various problems world-side (climate, shipping, etc) I know that chocolate is difficult to come by, but it's proved impossible to buy this in the local supermarkets. So take a bow, Amazon, at being able to provide my bedtime drink! And at the same price as the supermarkets, it's a bargain.

I trust Europe and England to use real chocolate or cocoa. American products add a lot more additives and sometimes not even any cocoa is used or chocolate, for that matter. Hershey's is not even allowed to use the word chocolate in their 'chocolate' in most European countries. I grew up with Bournville drinking chocolate. It wont really mix with cold milk. You do need to stir well for hot milk.

My go-to cocoa powder. I have never used anything else.

I bought this cocoa and was impressed with it. It has a rich chocolate flavor you want for your cakes and brownies. My only concern was that I had ordered 3 cans of the cocoa and because it was poorly packaged one can busted open and was in the bottom of the box. I had asked for a replacement can but they issued a refund instead.
