Daily Diet Soft Granules Fast Sinking for Axolotl, Molt, Salamander and Other Animals

Easy to use and very good for soothing and helping cracks heal in the winter.

They are large and sink to the bottom. My axolotl eats them and I remove extras when he is finished. It is helpful to use a dish if you have sand in your tank.

I bought these because my go-to places have had a hard time stocking live worms lately. I find these hard to feed my axolotl. He is used to eating worms from bamboo tongs. These pellets are small so it’s hard for him to get them off the tongs. He doesn’t like to eat them off the bottom of the tank. I may try a feeding bowl and see if I can train him to eat from that. The best part though is they don’t go bad as quick as worms. Often my worms would die or go moldy before we finished them all.

My axie is 3 years old he wasn’t to sure about them at first however he did eventually eat them they are a bit smelly but not to bad if you have cats definitely keep them put away you get a good amount in the bag definitely get your moneys worth outta it they are soft enough for my boy to eat will be buying again however I think he still prefers worms
