Are these uncoated(shiny) or matte?

These recipe cards are made of uncoated cardstock, meaning they do not have any additional coatings, such as shiny or matte finishes. Uncoated cardstock has a slightly rougher texture and is more absorbent than coated paper, making it easy to write on, won't smudge, and won't bleed through. Hope that helps!

what are exact measurements of card

This card comes in two size options: 4” x 6” and 3” x 5”. Both are 14pt card stock in thickness. Hope that helps!

How many lines are there on the front of the card of the 5 x 7

Actual size is 5 x 6. There are 17 lines on front plus 2 more @ top for recipe name, oven temp, etc. There are 20 lines on the back.

Is there a word program I can use to print on these with?

Sorry, I don't have one... but it would probably be really hard to line everything up perfectly. The lines are standard narrow spacing 0.25", and you would have to get it in your printer just right, for everything to line up correctly. But thank you for your suggestion...
