Not easy to put on
I only have tried this for two days. First time I needed help to get on and adjust. It feels like it is doing something good for my back. It is brand new so it is not what I would call comfortable but it is definitely helping to sit up straighter. Lightweight and soft. It says 28 days and you will see a difference. I am bent over from using rolater am I believe this will Correct my posture my waist was 39 inches so I got med-large just right.

The best
I have purchased several of these posture connectors but this one bar far has been the BEST one. It’s very comfortable to wear for long hours, keeps you from slouching while sitting or standing. Good quality material, fits perfect and I’m a petite woman. You can adjust it to fit any size.

Really helps with back a shoulder pain!
I’ve never used a product like this and did not have high hopes for it, but surprising to me, it works very well! I’ve started taking meditation classes and we are supposed to sit cross-legged on the floor with our back straight. Because of a lifetime of bad posture, I have not been able to do this without my back hurting badly. I always wind up hunched over to ease the pain. The moment I put this on, I knew it was going to help. When you adjust the straps, it pulls your shoulders back and helps keep your back aligned correctly. I used the measurement guide in the photos and I was right on the cusp between a medium and large. I’m glad I went with a medium. Large would have been too big.

Comfortable enough to wear over the course a entire work day but not recommended my physicians
I’ve been using this Fit Geno posture corrector for a few weeks now, and the difference is incredible. It provides excellent support for both my lower and upper back without feeling overly restrictive. The material is breathable and comfortable enough to wear while working at my desk for hours. It gently pulls my shoulders back and reminds me to sit up straight, which has drastically reduced my daily back fatigue.
