Hated the taste at first but I figured it out...
Full transparency here - I do not like the flavor of this on its own, but I have figured out a mixture that works very well for me. I love the Dunkin pineapple mango refresher, but it's just a ton of sugar and empty calories. I was hoping the tropical punch mix would be similar in flavor and of course, it was not nearly the same. That said, it is a very light flavor that is not overly sweet, so I now add one Dunkin sugar free pineapple mango powder packet to the scoop of protein powder, and while the taste isn't an exact match, it's a really good dupe that gives me 20g of protein first thing in the morning. I now find that I crave this every morning and it has helped me tremendously since starting my GLP-1 journey. I struggle a lot with being aggressively NOT hungry a lot of the time, and especially in the morning, eating a nutritious breakfast with protein is really tough for me to manage. This gets me off on the right foot and gets me through until either lunch or a mid-morning snack - if you are typically hungry, I doubt this is going to fill you at all, but if you also struggle with not being hungry or you just need another way to easily get protein, this could be a really great option for you. The texture is absolutely smooth and there is no viscosity or sliminess like you can get with some clear proteins. It needs to be shaken very well, but once the foam dies down, it's exactly the consistency of water. I do mix it with a good 24 oz of water and ice (best super cold in my opinion), and that combo with the Dunkin packet gives me a protein refresher that I can easily stomach and enjoy any time of day, but especially when the lack of hunger is preventing me from eating real food. Digestive-wise, this one is great for me. I have noticed that other protein drinks (the creamy whey shakes and even the protein milks) can sit in my stomach like concrete or even give me nasty GERD symptoms. This one does not at all for me. I also tried the Isopure mixed berry packets with electrolytes and those immediately gave me a stomach ache - maybe the electrolytes, I don't know. I did some research on other similar products and this one is a decent per oz. price, and it's a nice light product with great texture and high quality ingredients that can be mixed up with other powders. Highly recommend to anyone struggling with GLP-1 or bariatric surgery challenges.

Watermelon flavor delightful and suitable for glp1 users
Ugh yum! Started glp and wanted to make sure I could get protien even if I wasnt feeling hungry. Since this is clear I thought id be able to tolerate it better than a thick protien shake. I was going to get fruit punch but the flavor reviews didnt seem great so went with watermelon and its soo good! Like a tart jolly rancher! You have to follow the direction which says to shake, not stir and wait 1 minute for foam to die down. I shook mine with ice and a few basil leaves and it was a fantastic summer drink! I would use a Shaker ball as there were some mi i gummy pieces that didnt dissolve but it didnt bother me. Its the only protien powder/bar/supplement that made me said, "oh yummmmm!" And not just "it's tolerable". Could easily slam one of these after a hot workout, versus a heavy shake. As far as glp belly goes i dont feel full or heavy. Def give the watermelon a try!

She taste good dolled up!
First and foremost I am a sweet tooth kinda gal, and traditional protein shakes are good, but they arenโt cutting it lately! I like to have something on the rocks at all times sipping away especially for these hot summer days. I decided to try this clear protein to increase my protein intake, especially since I am not much of a breakfast eater. She gives me a good kick starts to my day, leaving me satisfied and not night munching, I catch myself making more then just one, I enjoy the taste! However on its own itโs a little tart. I add 2-3 equal artificial sweeteners to a 20oz cup, and damn thatโs good! I have used ISOPURE in the past, so I trust its brand! I find that it tastes best when cold, vs room temp. I believe the price is very fair for what you are getting. Now it doesnโt taste like flavored water, but she is good dolled up!

Impressed!
Key Takeaways: - first time using/trying clear protein powder - I hate traditional protein powders mixed with water - completely dissolves and doesn't change texture or become thick - tastes great - quick and easy to make - fills me up but no bloat I am so impressed with this product! I struggle getting enough protein in my diet, but I absolutely hate traditional protein powders unless they're in smoothies, but that takes time and more money. Not to mention, adds more calories and is heavier, like a meal. My husband drinks his daily protein powder in just water and he's totally fine with this. I've tried it, and I gag and have to force myself to chug it down. Then I can't even think about doing it again without having an intense, visceral reaction. Ultimately, I don't have another one for a week or so. I need something I can have every day, so I can really improve my protein intake. Getting old sucks, lol. I did a lot of research on different brands, and read a lot of reviews on each. Isopure has been around a while, and I do like their traditional protein powder in smoothies, so I took a chance on this one. This is my first time trying clear protein. I wanted something that was like flavored water, that didn't change the texture or thickness of it, and that tastes good. The Tropical Fruit flavor is pleasant and not too sweet, sour, or artificial. My first time, I used 14oz of water. The flavor is good, but if you like it a little stronger, you may prefer 12oz. It dissolved completely! I have issues with textures, so I was nervous about this. Especially because I'd read reviews that said they had issues with it dissolving. Here's my process: 1) poured cold bottled water from fridge into medium shaker bottle (no ball) 2) added 1 scoop protein powder 3) shook hard 4) let settle for a few minutes 5) shook hard again 6) set in fridge to settle until I was ready to drink When I went to get it from the fridge, I was pleasantly surprised to see how clear it was. The foam had completely settled and there were no clumps at all! I thought there might be just a bit of grittiness at the very bottom, but there was none. I did not shake it anymore after I started drinking it. I saw other reviews that said they would make a few of these at a time, and they were fine in the fridge for a couple days, so I plan to try that for a true grab-and-go option. This made me feel SO full. I can't imagine eating a meal anytime soon after having it, but that's going to differ from person to person. I'm also not used to having a lot of protein in one sitting, so once I get used to it, that overfull feeling may change. So, to say I'm impressed and so excited I finally found an easy way to get more protein, is an understatement. It's not cheap, but it's actually not too bad considering you have to pay for protein no matter which source you get it from. I got the 36 servings tub for about $58, which comes out to about $1.61 for a serving of 22g of protein. Honestly, that's a steal. I couldn't be happier!

Good value protein powder
Isopure Clear Whey Isolate Protein Powder is a nice alternative to traditional thick, milky protein shakes. It mixes into a light, juice-like drink instead of a creamy shake, which makes it much easier to drink, especially after workouts or when you donโt want something heavy. It dissolves well with minimal clumping when shaken properly, and the texture is very smooth and refreshing. The taste is more like a flavored water than a standard protein shake, which I personally found easier to tolerate compared to heavier options. It provides a solid amount of protein per serving while still being low in carbs and sugar, making it a good fit for higher-protein diets or post-exercise recovery. It also feels gentler on the stomach compared to some traditional whey proteins. Overall, this is a convenient, refreshing protein option if you donโt like thick shakes. Itโs especially good for warm weather or anytime you want a lighter way to hit your protein goals.

So good - from your picky eater
It doesnโt event taste like the chalky protein! I am so picky and this taste very good!!! Very heavy on the pineapple flavor but I love pineapple so no problem for me. It fully dissolves and there are no chunks!!! 10/10

Foam, Taste, & Ingredients
I love LOVE Isopure. The ingredients are so clean and not full of extra junk. HOWEVER I am not a fan of how foamy it makes my protein drinks. For context, I have used a store-bought and an online-bought container, two different flavors, and two different modes (shaker and a blender). All methods result in the same texture: foamy and a little clumpy, ESPECIALLY in the shaker. I have tried the tropical punch and now the mixed berry flavors. I'm not impressed with either, but I do prefer them for a light refresher over heavier protein shake flavors (chocolate or vanilla) I used to use. This mixed berry tastes kind of like a jolly rancher, which I am not a fan of, but it's not terrible. Finally, I have noticed a physical change since I started using Isopure instead of other protein shake brands. For starters, it's easier on my stomach, and I am actually seeing better results than I did when I used other shake brands.

Don't Mix in a Blender!
I agonize over which flavor to choose and finally settled on Citrus. So far, I'm happy with my decision. I made my first glass of this. I read the label, more like glanced, and saw the shaker cup. I pulled mine out of the cabinet, filled it will ice then water, then a scoop of the powder. I was really impressed with how fine and light the powder is, a good sign to me that it'll mix well with water. On went the lid and I started shaking. I had a quick reminder to make sure the flip top part is secure... cleaned up that mess and shook some more. I could clearly see clumps and decided to skip the shaking and go to the Nutribullet. This was not a good idea. So. Much. Foam. It's dense enough that it holds my straw (reusable, plastic) upright in the middle of the cup. It's settling down quickly and I've taken a few drinks with a straw (how I normally drink from a cup, unless I want to wear it). The flavor is light and pleasantly citrus. It has a weird after taste - I think it's a "protein" taste. I would like to caution the reader here, my assessment of the taste is not the most reliable. I finished chemo a year ago and things still don't taste the same. One of my biggest issues is that drinks will have a viscous flavor and makes me want to gag. Every electrolyte drink/mix, juice, and water enhancer does this. I've been board out of my mind with plain water, so I thought I'd try this and get a protein bump out of it too. Overall, the flavor is good. I read a comment about mixing with fruit juice - I can tolerate 100% cranberry juice well so tomorrow we'll see how cran-citrus tastes!
