Quite a nice light snack. The puff, makes it light. The matcha vanilla makes is tasty. Not too sugary. Not too dry. Not bad. They to disappear a bit quickly though.

Taste is AMAZING
I’m OBSESSED. The taste and crunch are amazing. Love the ingredient…wish it was all unrefined sugar/a tad less sweet but still a great GF and dairy/free and soy/free bar. I use it as a dessert or special post workout treat. Every time they are on sale for $2/bar I stock up.
