Very weird and hard to apply. Maybe I got a bad bottle?

I usually LOVE all DND DC gels. But for some reason, this particular color was goopy and sticky, and dried unevenly. When applying the color coats, it was hard to keep the color polish on my nails; it kept pooling and running off the edges. I know it sounds weird. Maybe I just got a bad bottle.
