I purchased this amplifier to hands free presentations in a large general purpose room. Everything worked right out of the box--without having to charge the microphone. At first, the sound was muffled and not clear at all points within the room. After adding the muffin to the mic, the sound improved dramatically, allowing clear and undisrupted speech throughout the room. Volume was easily adjustable and, with a bit of trial and error, I found the perfect volume level. The 360 degree sound worked without a hitch. I could face any direction in the room and the sound carried to all points. The price was fantastic for such an effective amplifier. I did not try the outdoor possibility, since all my presentations are indoor, but I suspect, with the quality sound and the distance it carried inside, it would work just as well outside--however, some sound could be lost in a LARGE open area. I have already recommended this product to another person who makes presentations in the same large room and the amplifier previously used by them was very large, required a hand-held mic and had really poor sound quality. The use of this product has been a boon for them. I would recommend this bluetooth wireless mic and amplifier to anyone making presentations to large groups and who needs to function hands-free in order to use a remote presenter for slide presentations.

Keeps losing connection between speaker and mic . Not at all workable for any classroom or public speaking. Intermittent functionality. Works great for five minutes then looses signal to speaker

Great mic but the battery dies so fast and your voice does sound a little robotic

Bought for my husband as he’s a teacher that loses his voice every school year and it truly works!! Took maybe two minutes to set it up between reading and connecting the microphone and speaker. Very easy to use! Can’t wait for him to try it out this upcoming school year, for now we’ll use it with our toddler!
