Where is torque wrench made?

many low torque wrench has little sound at low torque, does this one make click sound at 50inlbs below?

The click is audible, but only just. My first bolt I torque with this, I was expecting a "THUNK" like the ft-lb cousin, but considering the torque we're working with is extremely low, the less than audible "THUNK" should be expected. When using this one, go slow, and rely more on the feel than the sound, as you'll get a "THUNK" you can feel in your hands when you get to the required spec.

Sorry for the newbie question. Example: is an 80ft/lbs torque the same on a 1/4”, 3/8” or 1/2” torque wrench?

Well, first of all, a typical 1/4" torque wrench can't handle anywhere near 80 ft-lbs of force. Most can't even handle 20 ft-lbs and in any case use in-lbs, not ft-lbs. Similarly, many 1/2" and larger wrenches can't handle values below 20 ft-lbs. But, assuming that a torque wrench can handle a given torque value, then it's the same across different torque wrench sizes. I.e. 15 ft-lbs is the same on a 1/4", 3/8", 1/2", etc., wrench. This is aside from accuracy issues, which are more pronounced approaching the lower and upper limits of a torque wrench's range. But in theory, the force should be exactly the same regardless of the wrench size. In practice, though, you use smaller wrenches for lower values and larger wrenches for higher values.

カーボンロードバイクのメンテナンスに使用してます。使いやすいです。ケースもまとまり良く素晴らしい。チャックケースに普通の六角も入れられ、六角で外してトルクレンチで締める、の流れができます。

バーニアがポンド表示ということを理解する必要がある

N・M表示もありますがバーニアの表示はあくまでもポンド表示なのでトルク設定の時に換算が必要です。 N・M設定の時にバーニアの４目盛りは0.4N・Mの追加ではないのでいちいち目盛りの差に４/５を掛けると考える必要がありますので、直感的に使うには難しいと思いました。しかし頭を使って算数の勉強には良いと思いますので脳の老化を防ぐには良いものかもしれません。
