Pesticide free flying insect killer
So far, so good. I started using the product in February 2026. It does exactly what the description states. It has trapped bugs, large (flies) and small (gnats). Bugs I did not even know were in the house. Better on the sticky paper than flying around bothering my household. It is easy to use - plug into an outlet, and you're set. It is just as easy to change the sticky paper. It comes with an 18-month warranty. For the price point, it is well worth the money. I hope it works as well for you as it has been for me.

Poor customer support
Plugged in, went bang. Supplier tells me was my fault for ordering from a country with different electrical system despite being ordered via Singapore website. First and last time from this company.

BEWARE
This bug trap mostly attracts bugs to where the light shines, and is ineffective at drawing moths to the sticky paper. My advice is to buy a much more effective bug zapper for less money. Plus, this item has a very difficult return experience. You get a return shipping label where you pay for shipping to Las Vegas, which is refunded when asked; however, I was told their 'system' would only allow a partial refund for my purchase. This was not the no-hassle Amazon experience I grew accustomed to.
