Are these good for workouts?

I really like them for workouts. They are thin but the crotch area is cotton and the panels are really breathable so they're comfortable and cool.

I’m not sure how to answer. I’m 38 in hips one pack I would probably say medium/large. But it depends on how tight you like your underwear. I can’t stand feeling restricted. I think the 6 fit me fine but I prefer sleeping in the size 7’s......I know I’m weird! But I sleep in a t-shirt & panties, I like everything to breathe without me freezing, lol

Not on my belly. They seemed a little short in the front actually.

Yes, I have the same problem with certain underwear, especially when I'm hot. These are very cool, soft and comfortable as is the waste band.

Great fit size described was correct. I am someone who likes smooth silky undergarments so my clothes lay flat and hang without sticking. And I have repurchased them three times. It’s always tough to find proper undergarments that you like in the fit properly.
