Tasty- as if you roasted the chicken yourself
Affordable stock concentrate which really tastes like roasted chicken! Makes soup process much shorter than if stock made the usual way. Good quality and shelf life about a month if you refrigerate after opening.

This is more of a paste that you will have to break down as you cook with it
It tastes good but I ordered this by mistake, this is more of a paste, for some reason I keep getting this instead of the powder, and personally I prefer the chicken bouillon powder, to me it tastes better and dissolves easier. But this is not bad....

GREAT TASTE!
People complain about the Sodium content. Why not just add a little more water, flour, or cornstarch to dilute the brine? I was actually able to make a gravy with just two teaspoons, two cups of water, some soy sauce (Low Sodium) and some cornstarch. No chicken used at all and it came out delicious and close in taste to my usual gravy. I found this product to be excellent and will be using it a lot in my future meals.

Add this instead of salt to add flavor and interest to casseroles, soup, pasta, or rice. It also makes nice broth if you want to drink it.
