Loose, fragile and leaked
No matter how much Teflon tape AND pipe thread sealant it leaked because it fit very loose to the 1/2 in MIP from the wall.

Great Pot filler!
I bought this pot filler to install in my new created coffee bar. Worked out great. Installation was easy! The product swivels great and works really well. I haven’t had any leaks post install and the components were of great quality. I looked at several before I bought this one and it was worth the price. Overall great product!

works well, looks good, and fabulous customer support - I cross threaded the filler to the brass attachment pipe (totally my fault) and when I contacted them to find out where to buy a replacement they just sent one that day at no charge..
