These are brilliant and work. I have bad hips and like walking a lot.. I was in a lot of pain. After about 3 weeks of taking these my pain went. They definitely alleviate pain. Easy to swallow. Good strength. Highly recommend.

Very disappointed that tablets have increased in size as I find tablets hard to swallow.
