I'm pretty sure I got a product that was returned

Either I got something returned or it's lower than low quality. Took it out of the box and the back gate/door won't stay on because the plastic is already broken. Headlights are falling off. Purely disappointed.

I got them for my 4 year old grandson and I could not have done better so perfect for a 4 year old to play with size was perfect for him they aren't made cheap he absolutely loves them.Easy for him to sit on the floor and play with them.And very sturdy material not a lot of small pieces to fall off and lose.
