I love this system. I've had the clear glass pitcher for about two years. The color of the white filter in the clear glass looks great, quality is good, fits my pitcher perfectly every time and the water tastes so good. I know that sounds silly to say, but it's soft and not weird tasting at all. Water filtering works so well and doesn't take long to do so. The only thing I will say was that the directions for setting up the new filter were not included, but I did a quick search and found it easily. I don't do it very often so it didn't bother me.

I am not an 'It-is-all-about-me' guy. Therefore, I supply plenty of alkaline water from 'Invigorating Water' to both my pets. I want them to also live a long and healthy lives.

No matter what I do these replacements taste awful. Not like the one that came with the pitcher. I’ve asked Rufus every question I can think of and do it but the water still tastes funky. I am trying a second d one to see if it’s just that one. Wishful thinking I am sure. ☹️
