NO this will not manage the Super Tech Self sealing cans. this is for the old style piercing cans.

It compatible with both 1/4" and 1/2" female fittings ac charging hose. Also, it has 1/4''Female and 1/2''Male. Thank you.

Will this tapping valve work with the newer self sealing cans when used along with the blue aftermarket screw-on can adapters?

Yes, it will work with the blue adapter. I Just had to deal with that myself. Newer can styles seem to be the self sealing kind. Make sure you pick one of those up if you want to use this tapping valve, or just find something that will work with the newer self sealing cans directly.

Can this tap valve Seal a partically used Refrigerant can (when left screwed on) for storage and later use?

All tap-a-valves have seals so they don’t leak. If you don’t know it’s best to have a pro work on your refrigeration system.
