late delivery.
This purse came a few days later than originally stated. but well worth the wait. I was not happy with the delivery person. they folded and mangled the package so it would fit in my mailbox. Instead of putting the package by my gate or on the porch. i got the wallet to match. love it.

Bigger than the viral one and I’m obsessed.

Not holding up to usage
At first the bag was packaged amazing. After about 1 month of use the handle has started showing green streaks. The handle color (brown) is fading. Make sure to measure out the bag sizes as the large might be too big for some customers.

Bigger than I expected
I accidentally ordered the bigger one meant to get the small one. It was got for my daughter she still loved it and is just going to use the one I ordered as a bag when she travels

Bad customer service
Bought product for my wife with in a month and half the stitching started to pull out of handle. Contacted seller with no help. Gave me the run around and would not make it right.

Problème de livraison!!!
Le colis a été livré à une autre adresse. Nous avons dû faire des recherches. Aucune adresse de livraison ou du fournisseur sur le sac d’envoi, donc la personne qui a reçu le paquet ne savait pas où s’adresser. Très déçu de la livraison. Le sac est très beau et tel que vu sur les photos.
