I have enjoyed my lidded suitcase so much for the last nine months that I bought another one for my BF for a present. Now we both have a lidded 29” suitcase (the largest size airlines allow). It saves a lot of space when we can simply lift the lid to access the contents rather than having to flop half of the bag over (and take up double the floor space) to access anything. I also really like the dark gray metallic color that is subtle and sophisticated. I have traveled extensively with this bag in the past nine months and it has held up quite well.

So far, I have only used the larger suitcase in this duo and it did everything I wanted it to. I wanted a top opening, wheel spinning, hard sided suitcase with a handle for holding other items. And, I also got a top that stays open while I pack/unpack - an unanticipated bonus. I'm a bit concerned about the fact that the hard shell is not as hard as what I would have wanted, but overall, I believe this suitcase will be a travel "go to".

I am extremely disappointed with this luggage. After only two trips and less than a year of use, it has completely fallen apart. The seams started tearing almost immediately, which is unacceptable for something marketed as durable travel gear. To make matters worse, one of the wheels broke off during normal use, rendering the suitcase nearly impossible to maneuver. This product clearly cannot withstand even light travel, let alone frequent use. For the price, I expected reliability and basic durability—but this luggage failed on both counts. According to others reviews, this is a common issue. I would strongly advise against purchasing this unless you’re okay with replacing your luggage after just a couple of trips. Total waste of money.

Pros: Color is beautiful emerald, wheels spin cleanly, handle telescopes well, seems quite lightweight. Includes free packing cubes! Cons: no side handle, zipper pulls are awkward and hard to zip around corners, opening is a bit small. I’m going with a different bag, but the quality of this one seems pretty good, especially for the price. I just can’t have a bag without a side handle.

I like this style of luggage. However, after only two trips, the wheel broke and the zipper pull on the expansion zipper broke. Only a 30 day return period passed before I was home from the second trip so no recourse. Just a piece of trash now. I have the carry on size and it is ok.

Lightweight chest like large luggage. This is a excellent change from the hardcase Samsonite we normally rock. Rolls smooth and the chest type opening no need to struggle folding it in half. So nice we bought it twice. Bought it on big prime day....

Works fine. Not the best quality but holding firm for now.

This is EXACTLY what I wanted: A checkable to loading hard shell piece of luggage...I cannot stand the split middle where all my stuff dumps as I open it in the hotel!!! Price is right along with an excellent build quality.
