Terrible quality and not effective.

This is such bad quality. Dollar store quality. My baby didn’t pull it off but it’s so cheap and flimsy and the pocket won’t stay open so it catches NOTHING which is the purpose of the product. I would return this but I used it now and I’m angry I spent over $2 on this awful product! Now I’m stuck with it.
