Great to still be able to find sketching paper in a roll

I've bought so many rolls of Bienfang paper over the years that I guess it's time I did a review. I use it for drawing layer drafts with mechanical pencils, fine point gel pens, and sharpies. It's a good, cheap tracing paper to use for working out concepts. As long as the paper edges are taped down with something like 1/4 inch painters' tape, gentle repeated graphite erasing is ok. Careful cover up of ink mistakes with white gel pen is fine too as long as it isn't too weight, which will then muss up the paper. I don't recommend it for detail heavy drawing, as the paper will buckle - do it on multiple layers or heavier paper. It works well enough for concepts, as I noted, and saves on the more expensive illustration paper.

I've used this paper for tracing, crafts, and origami. Tracing: Easy to see through, while remaining sturdy. Easy to draw on, no tearing, no smearing when using ink. Crafting: Easy to cut and use. Origami: Easy to fold, beautiful results. I intend to tack art and pattern drafting onto this paper's resume in the future, considering the results of the projects so far, I think those will also work well. There is a lot of paper, and no odor. That's 5 stars from me.
