Good
Great knife for cutting bread…etc

Excellent for hard vegetables like swede
This is a substantial knife but stops short of being a full on cleaver, as such it is a much more versatile tool, I like these style of blades with the indents along the side, (these serve to help prevent food from sticking to the blade after a slice has been made) particular selling point for me is one is able to take a very sturdy and firm "full fist" grip on the handle which greatly improves efficiency when cutting something awkwardly hard like a swede. Blade is very sharp (not outstandingly so, but better than expected) - I use a blade guard on this knife when it is in my cupboard and I think this is wise. Knife was £12 when I bought it. Excellent value. Very pleased.

Cuts like a sharp bread knife through bread
We have had this knife a few months now. Firstly it is a nice looking bread knife, and feels solid and quite comfortable in the hand. The blade is quite sharp and I have actually cut myself with this serrated edges because I was not paying attention to the deceptively sharp edges. I have no problem cutting breads, I have a tendency to cut at an angle and this knife allows me to cut at an angle and keep a straight line all the way. One small not is after putting in the dishwasher we did find the rubber around the handle seems to shrink just a fraction, enough that I could feel the difference between metal and rubber. That said that last time I used it I did not notice that difference, so it may either have "normalised" or I simply do not notice it anymore

Amazing
Very good, slices everything smoothly, you need to be careful using it though!

Good sturdy knife
Good sturdy bread knife; nice weight and feel for the price. Cut's through bread loafs easily and that's all I plan to use it with so should stay good for a while. Just remember to use right cutting/slicing technique; use the full blade length and you don't need to use too much force and let the blade do the work (like you would use a saw).

Wonderfull
Ergonomically speaking, it is the perfect undersized chef's knife for a small kitchen. The tang seems to be full length so it is safe to use on harder foods. The grooves assist on food not getting stuck while cutting but I wish they were a little bit deeper i.e. more effective. All in all what a great knife. Balanced and not too thick. My only "bad" comment is the fact that this knife comes without a sheath so storing is an issue.

Good value.
I have bought a couple of these cheap end Nakiri knifes and this is the best one so far. It is comfortable. sharp and food does not stick very much to the blade. I do not use it for very hard veg and it stays pretty sharp for everything else. There is just enough height of blade to scoop up the veg you just chopped to transfer to the pan. For a cheap one, this is as much as I would expect.

Gute Messer

Rockingham Forge 5500 Series(disossare)
Ottimo, l'ho già usato diverse volte e non mi ha mai tradito. Ben bilanciato e comodo da impugnare. Ottimi i materiali.

Robusto, preciso e comodo.
Taglia molto bene e si affila facilmente. Impugnatura ben concepita rende molto solida la presa anche se il coltello è bagnato. E' pesante per essere così piccolo ma questo può essere un pregio perchè facilita il taglio.
