Spicy Kimchi Flavor is Really Good
Very good as a healthy & protein packed base noodle dish. I usually add sliced mushrooms, spinach, and tofu to it and it makes it on par with a take-out order without all the extra sodium and costs. Spicy Kimchi was my favorite out of the variety pack but they were all good. Will definitely be ordering more!

Tasty
I found these to be tasty; I particularly like the spicy varieties but was not disappointed with the others. Although more expensive than other Ramen noodles, the nutritional benefits make up for that. These are filling and packed with protein. There are less carbs and calories than traditional Ramen. I add 1/2 cup veggies that I boil with the water. Sometimes I add a few shrimp (with the shrimp flavor) or 2 oz chicken (with the chicken). I also boil the flavor packets and noodles 2-3 minutes, instead of preparing according to the "instant" cooking instructions.

Don't bother
I'm sorry but this is the most horrible Ramen I have ever eaten. It never gets soft and there's no flavor at all. I followed instructions one with the microwave and a different one with boiled water. So disappointed

Good protein- meh everything else
Its okay....the flavors are ok not great. The noodles are firmer than i like...odd texture BUT expected that for protein noodles. I have had a few in the past and these rank probably number 3 on my top 5. Worth a try for the price. Over 30g of protein is impressive to me so thats giving it a star on its own.

Ez protein, decent taste
I was looking for an easy lunch to have at my desk at work, ramen being kind of a comfort food made me consider this as an option. Love that I actually get some decent protein out of these. The soup base seems a little more bland than the common brands I’ve tried, but not unpleasant. The noodles themselves have a different texture than typical instant ramen, but again it’s not unpleasant, just a bit tougher stringy-er noodle. Worth it imo for the protein trade off.

Slightly bland good protein cheapish in calories
Pretty easy protein. Decent price I’ve gotten worse for more. Taste pretty good slightly bland I’d say but the noodles are solid in comparison to the cheap stuff.

Best protein ramen
Awesome for those trying to hit their protein goals while keeping the sodium low. I’m gonna tell you the secret of how to get the most protein possible. First you cook the noodles either in a microwave or stove top. Then you strain the liquid out until you’re left with the cooked noodles and veggies. Then you’re going crack 2 large eggs in, and scramble them into the noodles. Put it in the microwave for 1 min. Then mix it around, and add mozzarella cheese, and mix it more. Then put it back in the microwave for another minute. Easily 50-60 grams of protein in your ramen
