I have been enjoying this grounding sheet and it is really easy to set up. The organic cotton feels soft and comfortable to sleep on, and I like that the silver fibre is woven into the fabric rather than feeling noticeable. The included UK plug and cord make it straightforward to connect and use. It fits nicely on the bed and washes easily too. It is a simple addition to my bedtime routine and I have been happy with it so far. The quality is good, looks stripped in appearance, it is a great buy for the purpose.

I’d been looking into getting a grounding sheet for a while as I often wake during the night so when I came across this one I decided to give it a try. The sheet itself is made from a soft, comfortable material and feels nice to sleep on. It’s breathable and doesn’t feel scratchy. I place it across our bed so that our legs and lower torso make contact and it plugs into socket, so you do need to position it near an outlet. After using it for four nights I can definitely say I’ve noticed some benefits. I’ve been drifting off to sleep quicker and, according to my smartwatch my sleep quality has improved. I feel more rested in the mornings and less groggy which is exactly what I was hoping for. Because of this I’ll continue using it. My only negative and the reason I’m giving four stars instead of five is that there doesn’t seem to be a way to secure the sheet in place. As someone who changes sides during the night I’ve noticed it can move around a bit. Overall though it’s good quality, comfortable, easy to use, and good value for money. If you’re curious about grounding and want to try it for sleep improvement this is a option to consider before spending a lot more on alternatives.

I was a little sceptical at first if this would work I was in so much pain and not sleeping much two to four hours so we decided to try this And it does work my word we get 8 hours sleep every night now wow what a game changer well worth the money

I have been using less then a week now. Unfortunately I still can't see any difference for me yet, maybe another 10 days maybe should do what is says. I still not sleeping properly and I still have back aches and bones pain. Which I'm sure they said will help from the first night which not yet.

I ordered this grounding bed sheet mostly out of curiosity, as I’d heard a lot about earthing products and wanted to try one in a simple way without it feeling too gimmicky. First impressions are good from a quality point of view. The sheet itself feels soft and breathable, more like a normal cotton top sheet than something synthetic or plasticky, which I was a bit worried about. The size is generous as well, and it sits nicely on the bed without sliding around too much. It comes with the grounding cord for UK sockets, and setup is pretty straightforward – you basically just connect it into the earth port as instructed. I do like that it has a built-in resistor for safety, as plugging something into the mains always makes you want a bit of reassurance. In terms of use, it’s comfortable enough to sleep on and doesn’t feel scratchy despite the silver fibre woven through it. I can’t really comment on dramatic health changes after a short time, but as a product it does what it says in terms of being an easy grounding sheet to add to your bed setup. It’s also nice that it can be washed like a normal sheet, which makes it feel more practical long-term. Overall, if you’re interested in trying grounding at home, this feels like a decent, well-made option and fairly good value for money compared to some of the more expensive ones out there. I would just say to go in with realistic expectations and treat it as more of a wellness add-on than a miracle fix. Would recommend.
