I just started taking them and so far my I have not noticed any side effects. You really can taste and smell the citrus flavor in the best way and the pill size is the smaller size, thankfully. As for price they are on the higher side but I do love quality so I would consider them worth the money. I did notice a spike in energy rather more continuous energy throughout the day so I would say as of right now they have been effective.

I’ve been taking two every morning partnered with an additional omega and vitamin D3. And notice such a difference in how I’m feeling. It’s been about 3, almost 4, months of consistently taking it and LOVE these vitamins. I haven’t noticed a weird odor, and flavor to me isn’t as noticeable as some reviewers have mentioned. Texture seems to be average texture for capsule pills. I’m not a doctor, but the specific stack I’ve been taking has made a huge difference in my energy, mood, and focus. Great value for the cost, and for me personally they’re effective. No side effects that I’ve experienced but I do not take them on an empty stomach.

When I opened the bottle, I really liked the way that they smelled, they have a very refreshing citrus scent. I’ve not tried any of the others before as I really like the lemony citrus scent. This vitamin does not upset my stomach, and it could even be taken on an empty stomach without eating anything in the morning. These vitamins are extremely easy to swallow, they are in a capsule. I really like that about this supplement, I have even added virtual vitamins to my monthly Amazon subscribe and save order. I’ve been taking these vitamins for almost a year now and will continue to use them. I have celiac disease so I was just looking for a good well-rounded multivitamin to take on a daily basis and this one fit the bill. I feel like the vitamins are good value for the money that I spend on them every month, I was spending more in a different brand previously. I was not really having any skin issues before taking these vitamins, so I can’t really say if they’ve improved my skin overall since starting ritual multivitamin from an efficacy standpoint I think this is a great option for a daily multivitamin.

I’ve tried multiple products in the past specifically marketed for nail growth and strength with very minimal results, but within a relatively short amount of time my nails became noticeably longer, stronger, and much less prone to splitting and breaking. Effects were seen within a month. The capsules are also very easy to swallow, and I personally like that they don’t have the overwhelming vitamin taste or smell that many other multivitamins have. I’ve had no stomach upset with them either. They are a little pricier than some other options, but in my opinion they are absolutely worth it for the quality and the results I’ve already seen. I truly did not expect to be nearly this impressed, and I’m excited to continue taking them and see what other long-term benefits I notice over time.

The best multivitamin I have ever taken! I have PCOS and was looking for something that would help manage my symptoms alongside lifestyle changes, and this was the best option I have found! I struggle with hormonal acne and low energy, and I noticed a huge difference in both of those things after just a month of taking this!

I find them hard to digest. There's always a weird aftertaste and it makes me burp for long times. Doesn't matter with what food you're taking it with, I find it so disgusting that I stopped taking it.

I enjoy these so far!!! I switched to Ritual after stopping my post natals and I am enjoying them so far. You definitely need to take them with food as they will cause nausea on an empty stomach. The citrus flavor is pleasant and much better than fishy burps. I find they do not clump and quality is appropriately checked. I do think they are slightly overpriced for the amount available which is a major drawback in the current economy.
