Nice Cuppa Tea

Great taste
Great taste. Not old. It has this bready-cookie flavor that I don’t know how they replicated to reflect gingerbreasd so well but kudos to the chemists. Satisfied sweet tooth without the calories or waistline. Thx.

Almost as good as pumpkin spice
Something is slightly lacking in the flavor, but since I make cookies for a living, it really has to hit the mark for 5 stars with me. Maybe not enough allspice.

Satisfying
I honestly had no idea what to expect. This is perfect though. It's got no caffeine but still is a great pick me up in the morning or afternoon and makes a great treat before bed. Since its caffeine free, I can share it with my kids. It was so enjoyable to come home from a long day of work, make tea for the family, and sip it while we decorated our tree for Christmas. The shipper is a magician though because amazon told me that this would get here until after Christmas (3 weeks after I ordered) but it was here 3 days later!

Best flavor!
My favorite Republic of Tea flavor, and the one I am consistently reordering! One spice isn’t more overpowering than another. Perfect with a little sweetener though I usually drink it plain. I also love that it he bags don’t have any strings or staples, and I can throw them right into my compost when I finish.

Why sweeten tea bags ... with stevia?
This would be a wonderful tea for cold weather and the holiday season if it weren't sweetened with Stevia. It feels odd to sweeten tea bags in the first place, but using stevia is just weird. If necessary before it's even brewed, why not honey crystals or maple sugar? Stevia has a strange flavor that doesn't accent ... it takes over. Yuck.
