This yarn is smooth, soft, and easy to work with. It doesn’t split while crocheting, and the stitch definition comes out beautifully. The cotton feels sturdy and is perfect for both wearable projects and household items. I love that it comes in a convenient 3-pack — great value for quality yarn. Color was accurate. Works well for crocheting. Stretchy.

Good quality and color

LION Brand yarns are always lovely and pleasing to work with. Yarns are consistent in thickness throughout skeins. I've not found any factory knots, although those are mostly acceptable if only 1 or 2. My concern with this 1.4 mm yarn is it isn't up to Craft Yarn Council industry standard of measure CYC weight using WPI standards. I do buy a lot of my yarns online, I have to know what I am buying. This DK light at 18 WPI should be rated a CYC 2 14-30 WPI, as a true CYC 3 DK is 11-15 wraps per inch. Their "light worsted" cotton yarn is WPI 13, well within CYC DK range for CYC 3. I did not stretch or crowd the yarn on the inch tool I use to measure yarn WPI. Labeling it DK Light is misleading, and is just another name for Sock weight or Fingering weight yarn for the unwary buyer. My project, a gorgeous boxy airy summer weight cotton lace crop top, calls for a 5mm crochet hook, this yarn does handle the hook size well with excellent drape and stitch definition, however 4x4" gauge swatch ends up off by 20% to the lilliputian side. I've adjusted the pattern starting chains and row counts upwards to account for this thin yarn to end up with the required 2 rectangles 11" wide by 38" long, to which short sleeves are then added. Woe is me, I will end up doing a few thousand extra stitches for my project, but with this yarn it will look very beautiful on the wearer. I may even have to buyer another skein to complete my pattern.

the yarn is strong and sort of shiny. i did not like how the colors pooled but that was my only gripe with it. its soft and durable and i have nothing bad to say about it

Really nice yarn, you see every stitch extremely well. Its lightweight but if your making a blanket it will become heavier.

I love Lion Brand 24/7 cotton yarn and just recently found the DK size! I wish there were more colors available. I use the regular size 24/7 yarn and now love the DK size. I'll definitely be buying more!

This yarn has been absolutely lovely to work with, no knots or tangles. It unrolls from the ball smoothly and feels nice in the hands. The balls were larger than I expected so they go a long way. Overall, I’m quite pleased with this purchase.
