Vitamin A, for eye and vision health..Have used for years

I have bought these beta-carotene soft gels in the past from the Swanson web site. Lately, though, they are always sold out. Found them here on Amazon. Same stuff. In fact, ships from the Swanson facility so . . . hmmm. I don't eat anywhere near enough beta-carotene in my diet to cover food source version. I dislike carrots and yellow bells are EXPENSIVE and don't keep. I just have one of these 5 days a week. Why not 7? Because I can get away with just 5 and that cuts down on the cost, too.
