There was a green noodle like substance in the package - what is it and how is it supposed to used?

If they are short and flat and dry then they are the green tea leaves. If they are otherwise, no clue. I first bought this product in china and got the tea there. Coming onto amazon to replenish. I am now hoping the gift is the tea!

Drinking alkohol, does it effect the result?

Not as far as I can tell. I am am only a social drinker so I do not know how it would be affected by daily drinking.

What are best benefits if the product?
