This is the second version I have used. I bought the M988 quite awhile ago, and when I saw this newer version, decided to get it. What a huge upgrade, in all the ways possible. This headset is truly terrific. The wifi connection is swift and consistent. The battery charge is excellent. The ear cushions are extremely comfortable and block ambient noise. This headset controls are easy to access and use. Just excellent all around and hits every single button. So glad to be using this item, and it seems really well-constructed for long last wear. Kudos to the manufacturer!!

This headset was so easy to set up. It worked right away; I didn’t even have to use the dongle to connect it to my work PC. All I had to do was pair it via Bluetooth, which was also quick and easy. No problems with the sound quality. Noise cancellation is also decent, considering they’re on-ear headphones, not over-ear. My coworkers can hear me clearly through the microphone over Microsoft Teams. Both the headband and the ear pads are comfortable and easily adjustable. I like that the microphone sits a little further away from my mouth, so I can sip my tea without having to change the position of the microphone, haha. Really a nice little unit if you’re working from home. Great value for the price!

I’ve been using M112 wireless headset for work calls and daily use, and it has been a really solid performer for the price. Ok, so I actually bought these headphones for gaming and music and not for working or phone calls. I was looking for a new cordless set of headphones after my last pair of razer headphones fell apart in less than 2 years. I was gonna get another gaming headset, but all the ones I tried in the store were built just as terrible as my last headset and anything decent quality looking looked to be in the hundreds of dollars range. Mind you, my razer headset cost me like $200 and we see how terrible they were. I decided to look for non gaming because to me, it just seems like they are using the word "gaming" to sell crappy built junk at a premium price. These headphones however are great! Only thing is, you may have to change a setting to unlock the full protentional of them. It sounded really bad with awful bass at first, so I was trying to figure out what was wrong with them, and it turns out that you have to turn off audio enhancements in the output section of your audio settings. I tried to play some music before and it sounded really echoey before fixing and after I fixed it, it sounds better than my razer headphones. It also has really awesome noise canceling for both hearing and speaking. I did a microphone test and had my husband talk and it only picked up my voice and he's sitting right next to me. Audios crisp and clear. The quality is pretty good all in all, and I like how it comes with a dock for the headset so I'll never forget to charge them. Speaking of which. It states it takes 2 hr's for a full charge, but I decided to test them after a few minutes and it is working great. I feel like if these were being marketed as "gaming" they would cost twice as much for the quality. They are light, but not junk light. The cushions that touch the ears feel sturdy and soft.

I can clearly hear my customers, and conversations are smooth and consistent. The noise‑canceling is another standout feature—it does a great job of drowning out background noise in the office and keeps my focus on the customer, even during busy times. If I had one con, it would be that I wish I could answer calls directly from the headset itself with a single button tap. Currently, I have to use my internal system and click the answer button, which isn’t ideal if I step away from my desk. Being able to answer straight from the headset would make things much more convenient and prevent that rush back to my workstation. Overall, the M112 has been reliable, comfortable, and effective for daily office use, with just that one feature holding it back from being perfect for my workflow.
