Clean NAC Supplement 600mg | N-Acetyl-Cysteine | 180 Capsules

So I’m on my 2nd bottle of this product now after researching about it and how it would benefit my lung condition. NAC is widely supported by the NHS as a mucus thinner which is something I usually use a nebuliser with saline solution for, to help clear my lungs out as parts of them don’t function to do so. Once I read about NAC and found that could reduce the need of my nebuliser I wanted to give it a go. I used a few internet searches and this product came up on top. After the first few weeks I developed a cough, which research shows it will do this. It means it’s starting to work. This died down in about week 3. 4/5 weeks in my chest felt more open, breathing better, and even after exercise I felt that my lungs were more open. The use of my nebuliser was heavily reduced and I’ve only used it a handful of times since buying this. I have recently had a viral cold and usually it would go to my chest and cause many issues in my breathing, mucus removal or over production. I feel this tablet has helped massively in reducing the time needed to get over the cold because of how well it’s reduced mucus buildup. It’s great value for money because of how many months supply you get and it’s only 1 a day. I’ll continue to buy this brand/ product because for someone who has a lung condition, it’s improved my way of life greatly.

I’ve been taking one a day of these NAC tablets for nearly a month. Just yesterday I realised I was feeling better, my knee pain has definitely reduced and I feel calmer. I’ll be continuing with these.

Bought this to help clear a really wet chesty cough and phlegm. Seems to have helped me clear lots of gunk out of my lungs. Packaged well but the smell of the capsules is incredibly offputting.

good quality product

I'd been coughing with a lot of mucus for about three months, and I noticed improvement after taking these capsules. Besides helping with my health, I also liked that the capsules are vegan, delivery was quick, and you get great value for money with 180 capsules. The downsides are the strong smell and the size of the capsules, which I found quite large. In the photo, I've compared the NAC capsule (white) with my Omega-3 capsule (yellow). Overall, I'm really pleased with them because they helped with the most important thing at the time – improving my health.
