This does work really good. I was skeptical at first, I’ve tried so many other things and nothing has worked. I just ordered my second bottle, the first couple weeks was an adjustment getting out of the cycle of wanting to just eat but when I noticed I didn’t want to eat as much, I made sure to do it less so it’s not a cure all, but it really does make you not want to overeat. Hoping this month I’ll see more of a dramatic weight loss. Also, I have so many stomach issues but this doesn’t effect it at all. Edit- I’m not ordering for the third time. Have two days left out of two months on it and yes it does help with major cravings, it doesn’t affect weight loss at all for me so it’s not worth it.

It does suppress my apetite tbh, only reason I didn't give a full 5 star, I'm not sure if it's the reason Im constantly nauseated, (pretty sure it is ) and I haven't seen a significant loss, I'm not eating as much and I am Exercising..
