I am 5’3” and weigh 128 lbs. I am 75 years old and have had 3 major cervical neck surgeries. I am a back sleeper and side sleeper. I have tried multiple pillows over the years and ultimately been disappointed. This pillow has been a God Send. I feel my neck muscles relax as the pillow fits my neck perfectly. I can turn to either side and it gently supports my neck while allowing my shoulder to be cradled as well. This is a monumental game changer!! I am ordering a second pillow because I never want this product to disappear from Amazon. I sure wish I had found this pillow decades ago. I would have slept better and awakened with zero pain. It is definitely worth the money. I use a regular pillow case and it works just fine with this pillow, I awake pain free!! The pillow size is perfect for my body size. It has two heights and I use the lower height. The only thing I didn’t care for is the off gassing period. It took several days for that stink to go away. I would buy three more to I sure that I will always have this pillow under my neck and head, Also, the head cradle is perfect! Never hesitate to make this purchase. I give a resounding 20 star review!! It’s now February 2026 and here is an exciting update on this fabulous pillow I bought for myself. My husband has Parkinson’s and is bed bound on a lateral rotation hospital bed here at home . I have struggled for years finding a pillow that works. Well, I was watching him turn today in his bed and I thought “Gee, he sleeps on on his back and I had an epiphany. I took my pillow off my bed and placed it under his head. He said this is the most comfortable pillow I have ever tried!! He said he doesn’t have to guard his cervical neck like all the others!! I observed it says in place even when the bed rotates 30 degrees three ways!!’ He fell asleep this afternoon (which he rarely does) and woke up without a stiff neck or neck pain. This pillow is great for a 200 pound man that is 5’9” tall and unable to move any extremity without help or support never two people. Thank God!!

This pillow fixed the majority of my neck pain in only 3 nights. It is very comfortable, cool, and easy to use. It has a zone for a back sleeper and you can rotate it for 2 more zones on each side for side sleeping. You can also fit them in a regular pillowcase; you really don't need one of those special fitted pillowcases that cost as much as the pillow.

The Bespillow is a unique pillow compared to the rectangular shaped chiropractic recommended ones I used in the past. It took me a couple of nights to find which side was more comfortable. The pillow’s memory foam gave my neck and shoulders enough support to fall asleep and that’s in addition to having to wear a CPAP mask. I’m going to keep this pillow and not going back to my old one.

This pillow is no joke! I get better sleep, don’t toss & turn anymore, & I wake up without a stiff neck with absolutely no neck pain at all!! It seems to be helping align my back too do I have less back pain as well. Thank you for such a great product! This is the best $20 I’ve spent!! I even ordered my mom one!

At last, a pillow that has helped me to sleep again! 😁🛌😁 Let me first just say that I am not usually one to write reviews , however, IF I find a product that really WORKS, (even ) I will take the time to leave a review! After years of major issues with my neck & cervical spine, along with TMJ, I have finally found a pillow that not only supports my neck, but also relieves the pressure in my upper back & shoulders too. I was constantly waking up every 20 minutes or so each night, to readjust myself from the chronic pain that I was experiencing from a prior neck injury , AND issues with fibromyalgia. The pain that I was experiencing in all of my pressure points was unbearable, and very debilitating. I saw this pillow on Amazon, and began reading the reviews. Immediately, I knew that I needed to order one. I literally have 15+ pillows that I have purchased in the past few years sitting in our house. NONE of them worked, until now. I have now had this cervical pillow for about a month, and am happy to say that it is truly amazing! I liked mine so much that I ordered one for my husband a few weeks ago, since I thought it might help with his snoring , and constant tossing & turning. Guess what? I was RIGHT! Since he has been sleeping on it, he is no longer snoring, nor is he tossing & turning any longer. He is sleeping so peacefully that I often have to look over to make sure he’s still breathing! I am being completely honest when I say that! He is SO quiet that it actually makes me nervous. This past weekend we were out of town, and stayed at an Airbnb. Neither of us brought our new pillows, and both had miserable nights trying to sleep! I had horrible pain & stiffness in my neck & upper back throughout the night, and he began snoring loudly again. Needless to say, we won’t be making that mistake again. Our pillows will be one of the first things we pack going forward. If you’re on the fence, and not sure what to do, I would order one, and at least give it a try! You have 30 days to decide if it works for you. Personally, I would highly recommend this pillow for anyone who has neck or upper back pain of any kind. It won’t take it away, but it will help to reduce the amount of tension & stress in your upper body. This has been a game changer for us! In the next day or two, I am going to be purchasing another one for my brother in law who has Parkinson’s. He told me over the weekend that he suffers from a lot of terrible neck pain, and does not get any quality sleep. He is very hunched over now from the disease, so I am hoping that it might give him some relief too. If this helps him in the slightest way, it will be well worth another purchase. I will keep you all posted.

I bought this pillow a few weeks ago with hopes that it would help me sleep better, and help with cervical support. The first few days a took some getting used to, its foam seemed very comfortable, however, the cervical height just wasn’t setting right on my neck and never felt comfortable in that position. I decided to give it some time to adjust. Unfortunately, it got worse, I started experiencing cervical stiffness, pain which lead to bad headaches. During the night I constantly had to reposition the pillow at different angles to see if that would help, it did not! I never had a restful sleep using this pillow. On the search again for something better, and donating this pillow to Goodwill.

I've been diagnosed with cervical stenosis. arthritis in my T1, 2 and 3 joints along with occipital neuralgia (sometimes called "tech neck") and the pain has been awful. After trigger point injections, physical therapy, and more ibuprofen than I care to admit to taking, I found this pillow. For this price, I thought I'd take a chance to see if it brought any relief. Literally overnight I felt so much better! It provides the proper neck and jaw support that my standard pillow was lacking, and the right height so that I no longer need to wedge my elbow under the pillow. No more tingling fingers or "squished shoulder" pain in the morning. Did this pillow take away all the pain? No. But, it's reduced it dramatically. I really love this pillow.

I’ve had this pillow for several months now and it is absolutely the most comfortable pillow I’ve ever tried. Every time I put head down, I sigh because the support feels so good. It encourages me to sleep on my left side. The only problem is that if I get up in the night, someone else takes it over. pickles loves it too so I have to wait my turn. Sometimes, he’s above my head. Seriously, we all love it!

The product is of a premium quality. It gives very good support to neck and shoulders especially for the side sleepers. Absolutely Value for money.
