We received our unit yesterday and it is a large, heavy beast. However, ABOK has made the process as easy as possible. We put in on charge (very easy, plug into wall and unit). We were using 120v to charge it, so it took about 9 hours from 20% to fully charge. According to the app, it would have taken about 5 hours to charge on 240v. This is our first battery power station, but I've heard that the 5 hours charge time is good. Since we just received it, we haven't really had any time to actually use the unit. I can say that the setup of the unit and the app are incredibly straight forward. I cannot say enough about the customer service from ABOK. They contacted us shortly after we placed the order and were in constant contact through the entire process and made the delivery so easy. We had some constraints with the size of the delivery truck (it would have to be an 18 wheeler, which couldn't safely fit down our street), and the fact that we had no way to offload the crate from the truck. They worked with us to ensure that the shipper had the appropriate equipment to transfer the the unit from their truck to a box truck we rented. We opted to meet the shipping truck in a large parking lot close to the house to transfer the unit. The entire process took less than 15 minutes and that included time chatting with the driver. We didn't have to lift a finger. Uncrating the unit was also as easy as possible. all you have to do is unlock the latches at the bottom of the crate and life the top off. The unit is already assembled and ready to go. You just have to lift it enough to get over the bottom lip of the crate. The worst part for us was getting it down off the rental truck ramp, but that was our situation and probably won't be true for everybody. It has 2 large heavy duty wheels at the back of the unit that make it incredibly easy to roll anywhere. After we've had some time to actually use it, I'll give a more thorough update about the unit, but it seems very very solid and well built. If the customer service is any indication on how well the unit was thought out and how it will perform, I'm sure it will be great.

Though heavy the unit is movable with the handles, easy charge setup using 115 volt household circuit and provided solar panels. The generator can be easily connected aux batteries. Well built and ships in a sturdy, yet easily disaassemble wooden crate surrounding the units cardboard box.

Product is designed well, very heavy-duty construction. While I use this as battery backup at my resident I would not hesitate to use it as a trades man for power supply to construction tools. Company responded well to concerns regarding the shipping process which may be a bit confusing because you are asked to verify address on your AMAZON ACCOUNT BEFORE THEY WILL SHIP DUE TO THE COST OF THE PRODUCT. So, pay attention to your emails to avoid shipping delay.

Good item and it was delivered to me on May 13. Amazon reported “Delivered” on May 4, which caused some confusion The shipping of this 375 lbs item is complicated 1) Abok team needs additional information (my contact phone#). So I needed to check Amazon message to reply to Abok team 2) I need to wait for the logistics carrier to call me to make shipping appoinment. They called me on May 12 for May 13 delivery 3) The logistic carrirer delivered the ARK 7200 on May 13 Anyhow, I’m happy that I’ve got the item now

Was perfect worked awesome for my good truck keeping everyhing charged overnight

I use this and 2,400 watts of solar panels to run my off grid well house and lights worth every penny. Easy to setup and use. Every hole needs one. The price is perfect and it is easy to move around. Battery life is strong and there is plenty of power. I’m going to buy another one this summer.
