Try this if yours doesn't disply
If your TV does not show a display but the light comes on the N^$, it is most likely not defective, it's your TVs compatibility. You may need a different TV or a converter that has an external power supply. One key tell is you have sound but no picture. This is caused by the non powered HDMI converter not being able to draw enough power from the N^$ power pack. It most likely won't work on a computer monitor without being powered. I have 7 TVs in my house, so far it works on 3 of them and not the other 4. the other ones work with a powered HDMI converter.

Really pleased with this product. Kids love it. Everything works. Brings back alot of memories. Any game I’ve put in works great. Would buy again

Highly rated but scratches for high rating and don’t even work. Tried multiple connection types for flat screen no go. Surface was clean inside was not

Umm... 🤔 Don't want to leave a bad review but I'm having a problem right now I'm on my second unit and the unit is still not reading the expansion pack. I am grateful that this company sends me new units I just wish that one of them would work for me. Now I have to go to UPS to reship two units back to the company. Thank you for helping me through this technical difficulty hopefully this can be solved soon. I honestly think that this company really cares sometimes things happen so I still give five stars for great effort in trying to resolve the issue thank you so much!!!

The item was or is in great shape. Refurbished truly means clean and in working condition. I would caution people to not trust just go with buying on a purchased by purchase basis even with the same buyer. For this particular purchase I got what I paid for ,😊👍
