Wow!! I have had some major skin rashes, irritations, and seriously uncomfortable situations with my skin since I was blessed with perimenopause. (TMI I acknowledge- TRUTH just the same). I have tried a ton of lotions, body oils, Aquaphor 4x a day, Cetaphil Rapid Relief Cream like non-stop throughout the day, Triple Antibiotic Ointments & Creams, Miconazole (when it seemed it might be appropriate), Hydrocortisone (actually helpful) , BUT THIS has made me MORE comfortable in my skin than I’ve been in close to two years!! WHOA! I literally ordered 4 more immediately and added to my subscribe and save! I also ordered the body wash x2! I kind of like the Peppermint scent, it feels smooth but strangely not heavy or greasy once applied despite being a balm! It’s amazing!!

Note: I'm not a doctor and don't play one on TV. Thus, this is not medical advice, etc., etc. A family member has had a continuing itchy skin condition for some time. They have seen dermatologists and had things prescribed, but nothing has gotten rid of it. So, simple relief in any form was the goal. I've tried a lot of products and Kesmedik Tea Tree balm is one that has provided that relief. After showering, it is applied and it controls the itch for 2-3 days. By the third day it needs another application. Again, it's not a cure, but low-cost relief...if applied regularly. We've used tea tree products for years and have had good results with them. This product is not overpowering in terms of fragrance, and is easy to put on. The texture is creamier than others in the tea tree category, and maybe that can be attributed by the honey content/ Not sure. This container is larger than some of the others we've tried, a little more bang for your buck.

love this stuff as it has helped with my skin issues, no irritation, soft scent, light weight on application, no itching noticed after application, used daily after shower to keep the skin soft and comfortable.
