Awesome product! Exactly what I was looking for. It definitely is non-slip and it reminds me of coral and sea sponges. It is cushion-y and gentle. It is a very good size, not to wide and a little long but not overly long. It fits just right in my shower/bathtub. I also do not have to worry about it getting limestone or mold over time because it extremely porous. It drains all of the water. My last mat would trap water underneath but that does not happen at all with this porous, sea sponge like mat. It is about 1" thick, and it is not hard or impact, it is like tempurpedic. I feel much safer with this on my shower floor. I don't have to worry about slipping when I clean my feet. Very Highly recommend this product!

If you are any age and sometimes who every was ahead of you in shower and they did not rinse the tub out NOW THAT IS A SCARY situation !! I had that exact problem with two teenage girl who use half a bottle of conditioner and jump out of the shower .....Falling in the bathroom where ALL THE surfaces are hard OH MY if the fire department has to get you out of that bathroom AND YOU ARE NAKED !! I shutter at that thought ....Well the HARGiiS company has come up with this shower mat that is the safest mat I HAVE EVER OWNED !! AND THE IS A FACT !! It fits well and not a slip ,and not a " oh my I am going to bite it" !! It is firm and soft at the same time. AND I LOVE THAT WHILE I AM in the shower I CAN SCRUB the bottoms of my feet with the surface of this incredible mat. And drained off water like a ducks back would. Easy to clean , and it leaves NO ORDERS .. Just rinse it hang it in the shower on a hook and you are ready to get into that late night shower after your boss is a jerk to you ALL DAY !! Or in the morning rushing to get out of the house you can Abe 100000% assured that the shower has again become YOUR HAPPY PLACE AND NOT THE PLACE WERE YOU LOSE YOUR LIFE !! LOL. HAPPY SHOWERS EVERYONE. You have to get one or even two. !! I have two showers in my home so off to my cart I go !!!!!!!!!

Amazon wants feedback before you have a chance to use the product. I've now used this shower mat and really like it. It is well constructed having a non-skid bottom and a foot-friendly top that makes you feel sure-footed. My shower has a central drain and I wondered if I'd need to cut a hole to allow drainage but this is not necessary. The only tiny negative is that one needs to spend a minute rinsing the mat to get all the soap down the drain. I think this is unavoidable and acceptable.

We just had a new walk-in shower installed. Its floor was a bit too slippery for comfort so I wanted something to put on the floor. I have seen self-adhesive things placed on shower floors and after a time they look grungy and peel around the edges, so I knew that I did not want that. I have what looks like tiny versions of this mat that are used to hold bars of soap (we are trying to eliminate as many plastic bottles as possible). They feel good, wash well and perform well as soap holders so I figured we'd give this mat a try. It works really well! It is definitely non skid. Our shower floor is 60" wide and this covers only the portion where one would stand under the shower head; for our purposes it is just fine. One note, there is a lot of residual water under the mat after taking a shower. I do not know how long it would take to seep out and drain but I did not want collected water to breed mould. Thus we pick it up, spray it off in the shower, shake it, which gets rids of a lot of water, and hang it over a grab bar. We bought white as it blends with our shower so I do not know how the other colours would perform.

Not attractive. but it is definately slip resistant. so if safety is a main concern, then I would say this is definately the one you want. Your feet will not slip while standing on this. It is kind of a rough string looking material thats some sort of fiber and not only is it slip resistant but as you stand on it and move your feet it is scrubbing the bottom of your feet.

I had a typical mat with the suction cups on the back. They either stuck and wouldn't move if you wanted it to or slid around depending on soap used. I ordered this mat. It's big. The one i ordered covers most of the tub which I like , soft of the feet , stays in place and made me feel completely safe. Added a shower chair as well. Still felt Safe. Boyfriend loves it as well. He was skeptical but came out and said that's nice.

Selected the TAN color because it most closely resembles a real LUFFAH sponge. It arrived on time and did not have the usual chemical off-gassing smell when unwrapped from the plastic. It arrived in a "roll" so we let it sit flat for a day to acclimate to the new environment and that is all it took. Once in the tub it stuck without sliding and has a great grip on the bottom of the feet of the individual. It is not easy to drape over the side of the tub when finished for draining, as it has no suction cup apparatus. However, we have a pole caddy for soap bottles etc. and a closepin on the bottom tray works wonderfully. We selected this because it was on sale and the price was more than reasonable, and also because we are tired of replacing the clear plastic mats that yellow with age. NOTE: this review is being presented after only one use of the product and may be updated after several weeks to a lower rating if warranted.

Works Great. I had to cut it to fit my shower floor and cut out a portion to fit around the drain. Then I took my first shower with it. I'm 81 y/o and just spent a month in the hospital because I fell and hit my head on a curb. I've had blood drained from my brain and have done my best to make my home safe from falls. I now have security bars in my shower and this anti slip shower mat. When I took my first shower I discovered that if I was going to slip on this mat, I would have to do it on purpose. It made me feel more secure taking a shower than I ever have before. It doesn't slip on the floor and keeps you from slipping. I definitely recommend it and would by it again.

I recently slipped in the bath getting out. Purchased this item to use in the bath, it works well.

It’s a good non slip mat. However it holds a lot of hair and it’s hard to clean. Also it’s not as fast drying as it’s described
