will this work with a saggy car roof?

Since you are putting on the backside of the saggy it should work fine. It won't leak thru to the saggy side.

What is the desired minimum and maximum temperature to use this spray?

As long as it's not freezing, it should be ok. We've used it in CA in summers of 100 degree weather, down to 55 degrees. It still dries within 4 seconds of spraying, so positioning is key. you can't reposition/adjust after 2 seconds!! My spray nozzle was bad on a few cans, where it sprays to such wide and off-shoot places that was impossible to clean/wipe off that we had to paint over the area

How many square feet does one can cover?

The can says 65 square feet with the usual disclaimers about application rate. This is not for the can that only sprays inverted but for the “normal” spray can.
