Great Dora Doll
Was very happy when product arrived, even better than I thought it would be. I bought this item to use in an OCC shoe box. It is better made than I thought it would be and the cost was very reasonable.

For some reason I thought the doll would be bigger. Yes, it said 6 inches. But, it still lacks substance. I do not know how long this doll will entertain. With all the technology and great toys out there, this may be short-lived. I was surprised to see the back of the box said up to 10 years old (see photo). Perhaps all the children I know are more mature?! Doubt it. This is not going to work for a 7 year old unless they are absolutely obsessed with Dora! The doll is cute and functional. No visible defects, and packed nicely. Plus, it is in a nice, square, easy-to-wrap box. When it comes to wrapping, I have the worst habit of trying to get it perfect. This would be quite simple to wrap and easy to decorate. I gave it 4 stars because it is functional, and comes exactly as described. If I were rating it for my household personally?! It would be 2.5 stars at best. Overall, I think there are much better toys or dolls out there for $20. See photos for reference to size. Edit: So I was right. This doll occupied the interest for about 1 day. This morning I found some parts in the bathroom, downstairs in the laundry room and the doll is MIA. Perhaps for a younger child it would keep their attention, but for a six year old, I think there are more engaging toys she’d rather play with. And, she loves Dora and dolls! This is going on her stuffed animal shelf for now.

Totally adorable! The clothes are so cute and fit perfectly. Don't fuss with the hair. It is stiff but will soften when brushed. I made the mistake of removing the rubber band and washing the hair. The longer hair fell thru the bangs and I had a hard time thatching. I still love this doll and on sale it is a good deal!
