I am 38 years old and I started to experience hot flashes, night sweats, joint pain, bad mood swings and several other menopause symptoms. I am not a fan of pharmaceuticals and instead searched for something natural to help. I found a really good list of natural remedies that would help with these symptoms, but I didn't want to take six different pills. This supplement had what I was looking for plus some extra. After a month of taking, it my symptoms are extensively diminished. I have recommended this product to five women at work already with each of them saying it helped. I started taking these to help with my menopause mood swings and hot flashes. I have noticed I am much more calmer and do feel more energetic. Still have hot flashes and problems sleeping but o er all very pleased.

The reason I’m giving it 3 stars out of 5 is because I’ve been taking them for just one week and I still have some of the symptoms… Before starting with these supplement I was taking Estrogen and it was wonderful cause it got rid of all my symptoms but it was giving me TERRIBLE stomach issues, I was living with heartburn 24/7 and that is horrible. So this is awesome to my stomach but my headaches and hot flashes came back and they haven’t gone away completely (but they are fading) I’m also struggling with my sleep but I heard/read that this is a build up supplement so I’m being patient and since it’s not aggressive at all with my stomach I’m even more patient… I had gastric bypass in 2013 so my stomach turned a little too much sensitive and on top of that I have serious problems with constipation so the gentle I can be with my digestive system the better and this is worth it to give it the benefit of the doubt. I’m going to give it more time and I will post again an updated review… but all I can say is SO FAR SO GOOD… there’s no magic… it needs to build up!! 🫀🫀🫀

My hot flashes were getting worse over time. So were my mood swings, irritability and sleep quality. Basically, all text book symptoms of perimenopause!I am glad I found this on Amazon and after reading the reviews, decided to give this a try. I started seeing the improvements within 1 week of starting this supplement. I am on my 4th week of taking this and I can confidently say that my hot flashes are gone, I am sleeping better and I can feel an overall calm in my body.I would definitely recommend this for perimenopause/menopause symptoms.

This product may work for other people however, it had 0 effect on me! I was really hoping it would work. The price alone seemed a good reason to try it. Sadly I must give you a one star.

I have been using this for around 6 months. I do feel it helps with the effects of menopause. My night sweats have improved, brain fog is better, just overall feel better
