How do I wash and dry it to keep it looking new ? Will it shrink or lose shape?

Machine wash cold max 30°C, delicate cycle, inside out. Lay flat to dry — tumble drying permanently damages merino fibers. Store clean and dry; keep merino in sealed bags to prevent moths. Wear 3–5 days between washes — merino resists odor naturally

Can it be worn in summer?
